Cozy room with comfy beds. Limited breakfast options left me wanting more. Loved the local bike rental service.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made it
Easy to enjoy a restful night. The hosts were welcoming, offering tea and cake upon arrival and accommodating our breakfast preferences. The peaceful ambiance and cozy garden provided a lovely retreat after a busy day exploring the surrounding area. I did find the ceilings quite low in the twin room.

The twin room I stayed in was clean and provided a good amount of privacy. It was close to various attractions like Holywells Park, making it easy to enjoy the local scenery. The breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of options to kickstart the day. Andrew, the host, really made the experience special with delightful tea and cake upon arrival.

The place was really clean and the owners were super friendly. But the breakfast felt a bit limited for my liking. I would definitely recommend it, though!

The twin room was cramped, with sloped ceilings making movement difficult, especially for taller individuals. Only having a small fan for cooling made it uncomfortable during the hot weather, contrary to advertised air conditioning. Accessibility to the bathroom was another hurdle, as the shared facilities left me struggling to clean up properly. That said, the freshly baked cookies were a delightful treat that brightened the stay, and the bed itself was surprisingly comfortable despite the layout challenges.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, making it easier to catch some much-needed rest despite other issues. The room did have a certain charm, especially with the unique loft conversion layout.
The room was incredibly cramped, even with two beds. there wasn’t enough space to move without crouching due to the severely sloped ceilings. The air conditioning advertised turned out to be a broken unit, leaving only a small fan to deal with the heat, which made for a restless night. The shower height was awkward, and the absence of a shower curtain meant a bit of a splash zone. Breakfast was basic to the point where we ended up cleaning up ourselves, coupled with an unpleasant smell lingering throughout the house.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was charming and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. It was very clean, and we appreciated the access to a smart TV, which added to our entertainment after a long day of exploring. The location was also perfect, situated in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the city center and local attractions.
One downside was the limited breakfast options that left us wanting a bit more variety.
